- To study all the drawings, dimension, specification and detailing and list out unknown or unclear information to Designer or QS.
- Communicate with building management, all relevant contractors, manufacturer and supplier for approval and construction briefing.
- Site marking
- Coordinate and monitor the delivery of materials on time.
- Project weekly discussion, prepare daily/weekly/monthly site reports.
- To facilitate QS in the preparation of final account, actual quantity and site measurement for all project.
- Assists in other tasks assigned as and when required.
Job Requirement
- Possess at least Diploma or Equivalent and at least 3 years experience in the construction and interior design industry.
- Have good leadership, interpersonal and communication skills with strong inclination towards quality management practices.
- Exposure in turnkey projects will be an added advantage.
- Candidate must have initiative, responsible, hardworking, reliable, can work independently or with minimum supervision.
- Possess Own Transport and willing to travel.
