Job Vacancy: Business Development Manager
Location: Indonesia / India / Vietnam

We are expanding our regional footprint and seeking a high‑performing Business Development Manager to drive market growth, build strategic partnerships, and strengthen our presence in Indonesia, India, or Vietnam. This role is ideal for a dynamic, self‑driven professional with strong commercial and technical acumen.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute business development strategies to grow market share
2. Identify new business opportunities, distributors, and strategic partners
3. Build and maintain strong customer relationships
4. Conduct market research and competitor analysis
5. Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial presentations
6. Collaborate with technical and operations teams to deliver customer solutions
7. Achieve sales targets and provide monthly performance reports

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related field.
2. Minimum 5 years experience in B2B sales or business development
Experience in water treatment, chemicals, industrial solutions, or related industries is an advantage.
3. Strong communication and negotiation skills
4. Ability to work independently across regional markets
5. Proficiency in English; local language skills are an added advantage
