As we are committed on making sure that the keyboards returned thru delivery services are complete(with nothing missing during the delivery process), to prevent prying eyes, we do cable tie all the carrying cases or pack the parcel in black shrink wrap before handing over.

Since Krytox XHT-BDZ is starting to see local availability, anyone who's sending in their keyboards that had already seen that product being used on it, PLEASE DO LET ME KNOW IN ADVANCE.

I'm sorry but that product is classified as TOXIC in my books so I would need to take the necessary precautions when handling it.
