Foundtest is proud to announce that our Director, Mr. Max Teo, has achieved the prestigious EXPERT Level in the internationally recognised Dynamic Measurement & Analysis Proficiency Test (PDA Proficiency Test) conducted by the Pile Driving Contractors Association (PDCA) and Pile Dynamics, Inc. (PDI), USA.
With this achievement, Mr. Max Teo becomes the FIRST and currently the ONLY professional in Malaysia listed at the Expert rank on the international PDA Proficiency Test registry.
The PDA Proficiency Test is a globally recognised assessment designed for professionals involved in High Strain Dynamic Pile Testing. The Expert rank represents the highest level of proficiency, demonstrating advanced competency in:
✔ Wave propagation theory
✔ Dynamic pile testing interpretation
✔ Data quality evaluation
✔ Foundation performance assessment
✔ CAPWAP® signal matching analysis
Achieving Expert status requires exceptional understanding and interpretation skills that go beyond operating testing equipment. It reflects the ability to critically evaluate testing results and provide technically sound engineering judgments for deep foundation projects.
