🔹 PLC System Rebuild
Rebuilding and re-engineering the existing control system using Allen-Bradley / Rockwell Automation PLC.

🔹 SCADA System Rebuild
Rebuilding and configuring the supervisory control and monitoring system using AVEVA Wonderware SCADA.

🔹 Process Study & Site Implementation
Conducting a comprehensive study of the existing process sequence, equipment operation, control philosophy, and site requirements, followed by on-site implementation.

🔹 Trial & Commissioning
Executing system testing, process trials, troubleshooting, optimization, and final commissioning to ensure reliable and stable operation.

Project: Refurbishment of Hemming Machine for Door Line & Transfer from Shah Alam Plant to Tg. Malim Plant

Fester Automation Sdn Bhd is pleased to support our customer in the refurbishment, reconditioning, and relocation of the Hemming Machine from the Shah Alam Plant to the Tg. Malim Plant.

🏭 Key Activities

• Complete refurbishment and reconditioning of the existing Hemming Machine
• Recovery and reuse of serviceable components from the existing common mainline system
• Restoration of mechanical, electrical, and control systems to ensure proper functionality
• System reassembly, installation, and integration at the new plant location
• Testing, commissioning, and validation to ensure reliable operation
