Industrial Visit by Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS)

8th June 2026. Norsechem Sabah Sdn Bhd was pleased to welcome a delegation of 50 students from the Industrial Chemistry Programme, Faculty of Science and Technology, Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS), accompanied by Associate Professor ChM. Ts. Dr. Mohd Sani Sarjadi, for an industrial visit to our manufacturing facility.
The visit provided students with valuable exposure to real-world industrial operations, manufacturing processes, quality management practices, and the application of chemistry in a commercial production environment. Such engagements play an important role in bridging the gap between academic learning and industry practices, while inspiring the next generation of professionals in the chemical industry.
Norsechem (Sabah) Sdn. Bhd. is honoured to support educational initiatives and industry-academia collaboration that contribute to the development of future talent and the advancement of Malaysia’s chemical sector.
