益母草（kacangma)
益母草，在外表上，和艾草有几分相似。这两种草药对于女性的子宫健康，都有相当好的益处。益母草拥有活血调经、利尿消肿、调理子宫健康的功效。对于产后排恶露排泄不顺畅，或出现血块，亦有帮助排血的效果。
益母草功效：
-改善经血过少，或停经的现象
