aysia. The company's involvement in the LED Street Lighting begins in 2009 following the group’s decision to expand the existing electrical business into the lighting sector. In 2010 an understanding was reached with Guangdong Real Faith Opto Co., Ltd from China to develop and distribute LED Street Lights for the Malaysian market. In 2011 a new jointly designed LED street light was successfully introduced to the Malaysian market under the ERA brand. A trial involving 200 units of high powered 196w LED street lights were installed at the Laluan Sungai Buluh ‐ Kuala Lumpur FT54 The luminaire, designed in modular with individual electronic driver helps to overcome the constantly high temperature of Malaysian weather.
