Construction line can be challenging but with DV Nineteen, we face together. There was standing water in prepared footing and team worked together for excavation. Water pump been used to secrete the water to ensure, the specified water-cementitious material ratio (w/cm) is accurate for effectiveness on strength.

Besides few others, one team of DV Nineteen is currently constructing GROUND BEAM. They prepared and excavated the identified areas (after calculation) based on its level then formwork installation will take place according to the dimensions of beam provided in the design drawings. After finishing shuttering or placement of flat soling bricks for the bottom of the grade beam, reinforcement placement begins directly or after side one side of the formwork is placed. Finally, pouring concrete. Poured concrete shall be compacted adequately then finish the top of grade beam.
But what is the purpose? Without fancy term, it’s basically to support building walls and disseminate the tense or loads from the floor slabs.

Quality, efficacy and durability are our top concern in construction & renovation. Here DV Nineteen team were doing stump and footing for our VIP client. Stump and accurate footing pad size (involves formula) used for vertical support and transfer of building loads to the foundation. In our case, stump are used to support house's frame for which is currently the most cost effective.
