Foreperson/Site Supervisor 👈
(Construction - Civil works) 👷♂️
* (Langkawi,Kedah)
* Contract/Temp
* Salary range from RM2,500 - RM3,500 p/month
(Based on Experience)
* A diploma or degree in civil engineering or construction
management is required.
* Experience on Construction sites is preferred,
typically ranging from 1–3 years depending on the project
complexity.
* Understand project plans, specifications, and timelines.
Coordinate daily work schedules and activities with teams,
subcontractors, and suppliers.
* Ability to read and interpret construction drawings is
advantageous.
* Oversee the preparation of the site, including leveling, clearing,
and setting up any necessary temporary facilities or structures.
* Use survey tools and equipment to set out locations accurately
for foundations, walls, and other structural elements.
* Monitor construction activities to ensure we meet specified
quality standards. Check materials and work for compliance with
design and safety codes.
* Oversee excavation, dumping, and leveling, making sure waste
disposal is handled appropriately and within environmental
guidelines.
* Keep accurate records of daily progress, issues, delays, and any
other relevant site activities. Report these to the Project
Management.
* Proficiency in using leveling instruments, total stations and
other surveying tools.
* Familiarity with concrete pouring, curing, and finishing
procedures.
* Knowledge of soil types, compaction, grading, and drainage to
ensure proper ground preparation.
* Ability to calculate material requirements based on project
specifications.
* Ability to quickly address issues and make decisions on-site.
* Maintain documentation for safety protocols, inspection records,
daily logs, and project milestones to support compliance and
future reference.
* Willing to relocate and work in Langkawi, Kedah.
