Job Vacancy: Indoor Sales Executive

We are looking for an Indoor Sales Executive who is meticulous, customer-oriented, and not afraid to get their hands a little dirty when the stock arrives.
You will be the bridge between our customers' needs and the physical delivery of parts, ensuring a seamless experience from the moment an enquiry drops into our inbox.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Inquiry Management: Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp regarding MEWP spare parts.
Quotation & Follow-up: Prepare accurate quotations and follow up with customers to secure orders.
Order Processing: Coordinate with the warehouse and finance team to ensure orders are processed and invoiced correctly.
Logistics Coordination: Monitor the status of orders until they are safely delivered to the customer.
Inventory & Receiving: Assist in receiving incoming goods from suppliers, verifying quantities against POs, and ensuring items are organized in the store.
Customer Relationship: Maintain a good rapport with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in indoor sales, customer service, or a trading environment. Experience in automotive or machinery parts is a massive plus.
Language: Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Ability to speak Mandarin/Cantonese is an advantage (to communicate with various stakeholders).
Attitude: A "can-do" mindset. You are comfortable transitioning from a professional office environment to the store area to check on incoming stock.
Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and any accounting/inventory software.
Education: SPM / STPM / Diploma in any field.
