🤝 Strategic Partnership for Future Industry Leaders

We are proud to announce the signing of a Letter of Intent (LOI) between Teraju Construction Sdn. Bhd. and Politeknik Port Dickson, marking another significant milestone in strengthening collaboration between industry and academia.

At Teraju Construction, we believe that developing first-class talent is just as important as delivering world-class projects. Through this strategic partnership, students will be exposed to real industry practices and high-impact projects, preparing them for successful careers in the construction sector.

Our focus is to develop highly skilled professionals in critical roles such as:
• Lifting Supervisors
• Precast Installers
• Site Supervisors
• Site Engineers
• Project Engineers

Many of our leaders today began their careers with Teraju Construction as Junior Engineers and Site Supervisors. Through continuous mentoring, hands-on training, and project exposure, they have progressed to become Project Managers, leading some of Malaysia’s most demanding and high-impact data centre projects.

Last year alone, 11 trainees successfully completed Teraju Construction’s Lifting Supervisor Development Programme. Today, they are actively serving the industry as competent Lifting Supervisors, contributing to safer and more efficient construction operations nationwide.

This collaboration reflects our long-term commitment to producing industry-ready graduates, nurturing future leaders, and building a highly competent workforce that will drive Malaysia’s construction industry forward.
