Eccentric Butterfly Valve with Electric Actuator 🦋⚡️

Six units of Butterfly MOVs arrived from Italy to our workshop in Telok Kalong, where the team carried out the local FAT last week. Equipped with Flowserve Limitorque MXb electric actuators and butterfly valves, Rev Energy East Coast team completed the full valve integration and testing in line with end-user requirements.

Happy to share that the FAT was successfully completed and the units are now ready for site installation.

This week, our team is on-site supporting the end-user with installation, wiring termination and MOV configuration.

Alhamdulillah!!
We’re proud to share that Rev Energy, as the authorized agent for Flowserve Automation products, has successfully completed 4 units of Motor Operated Choke Valves equipped with Limitorque MXb actuators.

This project required precise modulating control of the choke, HART communication for valve position feedback and comprehensive diagnostic capabilities for the MOV. With these technical requirements in place, Limitorque MXb delivered reliable performance, advanced diagnostics and seamless integration fully meeting the project specifications and client expectations.

A big thank you to our team and partners for the strong collaboration and commitment throughout this ex*****on. We look forward to supporting more projects with Flowserve Automation solutions, delivering reliability, intelligence and performance for critical applications.

REV Energy Sdn Bhd has been awarded a contract under Carimin’s agreement with PETRONAS to supply actuated ball valves ranging from 24” to 36” for the Putra Heights pipeline replacement project.

This marks our fourth pipeline project with PETRONAS Gas, reflecting the continued trust in REV Energy and further strengthening our track record in supporting critical energy infrastructure projects.
