OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH, SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT DAY (OHSE DAY) 2026
The Occupational Health, Safety and Environment Day (OHSE Day) 2026 was successfully held on 10 June 2026 at Dewan Orkid, Wisma PKPS, bringing together employees, industry experts, regulatory agencies and strategic partners in support of a safer, healthier and more sustainable workplace.
The event was officiated by Mr. Muhammad Hudhaifa Ahmad, Head of Group Strategy and Head of Corporate Services, Menteri Besar Selangor Incorporation (MBI). Also in attendance were Mr. Nizran Noordin, Chief Executive Officer of Kumpulan Semesta Sdn Bhd (KSSB) and Mr. Mohamed Fariz Ghazali @ Zakaria, Chief Executive Officer of Infrasel Sdn Bhd.
Carrying the theme, “Together Ensuring a Healthy Psychosocial Work Environment”, this year’s programme highlighted the importance of fostering positive workplace well-being, strengthening occupational safety practices, and promoting environmental responsibility across the organisation.
The event featured a series of insightful knowledge-sharing sessions delivered by distinguished speakers and industry professionals. The first session, “Guidelines for Psychosocial Risk Assessment and Management in the Workplace (PRISMA) 2024”, was presented by Professor Madya Ts. Dr. Mohd Shukri from Universiti Teknologi MARA - Media Rasmi (UiTM). This was followed by “Integrity & Psychosocial: The Role of Third Parties in KSSB” by Mr. Anwar Hafiz Mohd Zamrin, Executive of the Governance and Integrity Department, KSSB.
The programme continued with “The Importance of Workplace Notification Registration (PEMTK)” delivered by Mr. Mohd Radzi Rozihad from DOSH Selangor, before concluding with “Compliance with Scheduled Waste Disposal” presented by Mr. Hafiz Arif Mohd Nasir, Assistant Director of Jabatan Alam Sekitar.
KSSB would also like to extend its appreciation to all participating agencies and strategic partners, including the Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH), J&T Naza Corporation Holdings Alam Murni, Diet Ideas, Crisben, Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), Polyscientific, and KDEB Waste Management, for their invaluable contributions towards the success of the programme.
