It also provides a new home for TWI Services, delivering structural integrity support services in

the region. The elegant modern three-storey building sits on half an acre of prime real estate land. The building has a built-up area of 6200 square meters, and has been designed to meet all quality and health and safety requirements for the 8000 trainees who are expected to come to TWI to get their training and certifications each year. There will also be a destructive testing facility in the new centre, which will enable TWI to carry out both non-destructive and destructive tests in-house. Since the formation of TWI SEA in August 1992, the business has grown tremendously to become the well-renowned and reputable training and certification centre that it is today.
