👥 HR cm Admin Executive (Human Resources) – Support the full employee lifecycle
📞 Customer Service Executive (Operations) – Main point of contact for customer inquiries
🔧 Quality Engineer (Operations) – Drive QA across manufacturing operations
💼 Sales Executive (Sales) – Build customer relationships and drive sales growth
📈 Sales Engineer (Sales) – Develop client relationships and identify new business opportunities for our abatement systems
⚡ Electrical Engineer (Engineering) – Design control systems for industrial equipment
🛠️ Field Service Engineer (Field Service) – Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, some international travel

We're Hiring: Customer Service Executive (Penang)

EcoSys (SIW Manufacturing Sdn Bhd) is looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our team in Penang.

In this role, you'll be the main point of contact for customer inquiries, coordinating with production, quality, purchasing, and logistics teams to keep orders and schedules on track, reporting to our Operations Director.

What you'll do:
- Provide information and assistance to customers by verifying requests and answering questions
- Process customer requests by coordinating across production, quality, purchasing, store, and logistics
- Plan and schedule workflow according to established manufacturing sequences and lead times
- Expedite operations at risk of delay and adjust plans to meet unforeseen conditions
- Prepare production reports for internal use and for customers
- Resolve billing issues by identifying problems and coordinating required adjustments

What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's Degree in Management Studies, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of related work experience
- Strong interpersonal skills and an analytical, solutions-oriented approach
- Ability to multitask and stay flexible under changing priorities

Based in Penang, this is a full-time, on-site role.

We're Hiring: HR cm Admin Executive (Penang)

EcoSys (SIW Manufacturing Sdn Bhd) is looking for an HR cm Admin Executive to join our team in Penang.

In this role, you'll support the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding and payroll to HR administration and workplace relations, reporting to our Regional HR Manager.

What you'll do:
- Handle HR administration: offer letters, employment agreements, onboarding, and exits
- Process payroll and statutory payments accurately and on time
- Maintain HR records and ensure data integrity
- Support performance management and employee wellbeing initiatives
- Handle workplace relations matters with discretion and confidentiality

What we're looking for:
- Diploma or Degree in HR, Business Administration, or Management
- Minimum 1 year of HR experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and high level of discretion

Based in Penang, this is a full-time, on-site role.
