360° Summit 2026 INTI International College Penang
*Bridging the gap between the classroom and the workplace 🎓➡️💼*
Sophic Automation was honoured to participate in the 360° Summit 2026: Quality Jobs, Industry Reality and Career Adaptability, held on 21 October 2026 at INTI International College Penang.
Our Group Chief Culture Officer, Janniece Loh, joined the Industry Forum of as a panel speaker alongside leaders from a range of industries. Under the "One Statement — Multiple Industries, Multiple Perspectives", each panellist took a clear position on a given statement and shared the reasoning behind it, drawing on their own professional experience.
Four themes anchored the discussion:
🔹 Quality jobs – With the World Bank placing renewed focus on quality jobs, what should graduates look for? Beyond salary, it is about meaningful work, opportunities to learn, fair and safe workplaces, and a culture that supports growth.
🔹Industry reality – Understanding what employers truly expect. Technical knowledge opens the door, but attitude, ownership, communication and cross-functional collaboration are what drive long-term progress.
🔹 Career adaptability – As automation and shifting industry landscapes reshape roles, the future belongs to those who keep learning, stay curious and embrace change.
🔹 AI as a career enabler – For business talent, AI is not a replacement but an accelerator. Those who learn to apply AI to analysis, decision-making and customer insight can add greater value, take on more strategic work and advance their careers faster.
Our sincere thanks to the Swinburne Club - 360° Summit organizing committee for the invitation and well organize event. It was inspiring to engage with such driven Bachelor of Business (Swinburne University of Technology) students.
At Sophic, we are committed to developing talent and building a culture where people thrive. We look forward to further opportunities to bridge industry and academia.
