✨ Retro Night Throwback | HOD Retreat 2025 ✨

A night we’ll remember for a long, long time.
Loud laughter. Full hearts. Shining eyes. 💫
We laughed hard guessing whose childhood photos were whose —
the funny hairstyles, the bold outfits, the innocent faces 😂
But beneath the laughter, something deeper touched us all.
Because every photo reminded us of this:
Before titles.
Before responsibilities.
Before KPIs, deadlines, and decisions.
Every Head of Department here was once just a child —
dreaming freely, falling down, standing back up, and moving forward anyway.
That child didn’t know they would one day carry teams, expectations, and leadership on their shoulders.
As the words were read that night, we paused —
remembering that before we became leaders, we were human first.
And real leadership isn’t about having all the answers —
it’s about walking the journey together, with sincerity, patience, and trust. 🤍
✨ Because together, we build.
✨ Together, we rise.
✨ And together, we succeed.
To make the night even more meaningful, we each wrote a letter to our future selves —
sending courage, hope, and the best wishes to who we will become in 2026 💌
A night full of laughter.
A night with touching tears.
A night that brought us back to who we were —
and reminded us why we lead.

This is more than a retreat.
