Most people immediately blame the waterproofing.

But what if the water isn't coming through the wall at all?

In this case, rainwater entered through a failed window seal, travelled behind the wall, and only showed itself inside the room.

That's why repairing the stain without understanding the water path often leads to the same problem coming back.

Find the source, not the wet spot.

We don't always get the answer on the first look.

Sometimes our first theory is wrong.
So we inspect again.
We test again.

Because a repair should be based on evidence, not assumptions.

Find the source, not the wet spot.

Most people expect us to start with an inspection.

We start with questions.

When does it leak?
Heavy rain?
After the shower?
How long?

Every answer helps us narrow down the possibilities before we take any action.

Find the source, not the wet spot.

What's your first reaction? 🤔
🎥 Watch till the end to see what was really happening behind the wardrobe.

If your wardrobe suddenly smells damp...

What would you do first?

A. Replace the wardrobe
B. Throw away the mouldy clothes
C. Find out what's causing it

Comment your answer before watching.

The first theory sounded right.

The evidence said otherwise.

That's why we don't rely on assumptions—we use commissioning tests to see whether the evidence supports the theory before recommending repairs.

Find the source. Not the wet spot.

Some leaks can't be identified at a glance.
In this case, water droplets suddenly appeared on the floor.

❌ No toilet nearby
❌ No visible water pipes
❌ No obvious abnormalities in the floor tiles or walls

If we were to simply tell the homeowner, "It's leaking here,"
that's not professional; that's guesswork.

True professionalism doesn't mean giving an immediate answer,
but rather knowing when further testing is needed.

"Only RM350 per kg."

Sounds reasonable... until the final bill arrives.

Before agreeing to any leak repair, ask:
✔️ What's causing the leak?
✔️ What's the proposed repair?
✔️ What's the expected scope of work?

A good repair starts with a proper inspection—not assumptions.

Find the source, not the wet spot. 💧

Can AI Guess Your Leak?

AI can suggest based on what you describe.

Water can travel through any slabs, walls, pipes, and ceilings before it appears.

✔️ We inspect.
✔️ We test.
✔️ We trace the water path.
✔️ Then we recommend the right repair.

When it comes to leaks, Nothing can replace a proper on-site inspection.
