Calling all experienced Construction Site Supervisors in Penang!
We're looking for a skilled and motivated individual to join our dynamic team as a Construction Site Supervisor!
Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage construction crews, ensuring all tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to high standards.
• Interpret blueprints and project specifications, translating them into clear instructions for your team.
• Monitor progress and quality of work, addressing any issues promptly and proactively.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring materials and deliveries arrive on time and within budget.
• Maintain a safe and organised work environment, adhering to all safety regulations and procedures.
• Prepare and submit daily reports, documenting progress, risks, and key information.
• Work collaboratively with project managers and other stakeholders.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience as a Construction Site Supervisor or in a similar role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Thorough knowledge of construction methods and safety regulations.
• Computer literacy in relevant software (e.g., MS Office, project management tools, AutoCAD).
• Valid Malaysian driving license with a clean driving record.
