We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team at Temerloh, Malaysia. This is a full-time, on-site position that involves managing essential financial operations, including month-end and year-end closings, overseeing accounts payable and receivable, preparing financial statements, and supporting financial audits, and tax-related queries.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage month-end and year-end financial closings
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Manage multiple tasks effectively, meeting tight deadlines
- Review and prepare monthly reconciliations
- Review Sales, Purchase, Ledgers and Fixed Assets
- Review monthly payroll
- General office administration & support
- Provide ad-hoc general support as required

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or professional accounting qualification.
- Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in related industry
- Strong skills in Financial Reporting, Accounting, and Auditing
- Proficiency in accounting software SQL and advanced MS Excel skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
- Solid knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage unforeseen challenges
- Willing to work in Temerloh, Pahang
