1. TK4S-T2RN Autonics Temperature Controller
A high-performance industrial PID temperature controller dedicated for real-time water temperature monitoring and precise regulation in water treatment processes. Equipped with a 50ms ultra-high-speed sampling rate and ±0.3% high display accuracy, it ensures real-time and accurate collection of water body temperature data. It supports dual heating and cooling control modes, automatic/manual mode switching, and features a high-brightness LED display for clear on-site data viewing. With built-in RS485 Modbus RTU communication, it seamlessly uploads temperature data to the online monitoring platform, enabling remote temperature parameter configuration and intelligent closed-loop control to keep water treatment temperature within the optimal working range at all times.
2. CT4S-1P4T Autonics Counter
A versatile industrial counter & timer that serves as the core data statistics module for the water treatment system. It supports multiple counting modes including up-counting, down-counting and bidirectional counting, with flexible 1ms/20ms signal response options to adapt to different on-site pulse signal collection needs. This device accurately records key operational data such as water flow pulse counts, equipment running times, and filter backwashing cycles. It features a 4-digit high-definition LED display and multiple output delay modes, and works with the monitoring system to realize automatic timing statistics, cycle counting and operational data recording, providing reliable data support for system operation analysis and equipment maintenance.
3. S100-01S53 NIDEC Inverter
A high-efficiency variable frequency drive specially optimized for water treatment pump and fan equipment. Tailored for 0.75kW single-phase 230V water treatment equipment, it features an integrated C3 EMC filter to resist on-site industrial interference and ensure stable long-term operation. Built-in Modbus RTU communication and NFC one-click parameter configuration enable seamless connection with the online monitoring system, supporting remote real-time adjustment of water pump speed and water flow. With intelligent energy-saving control, skip frequency function and stable speed regulation performance, it effectively avoids equipment resonance, reduces energy consumption by optimizing operating frequency, and realizes energy-saving, stable and intelligent operation of water delivery and circulation systems.
