MICROMZ is a project and a registered institution in Mozambique, created and managed by the Da Silva Solutions with the objective to serve all NGOs, Micro Finance Institutions, Governments and projects with clear intentions to promote rural and suburban development, woman and youth empowerment, inclusion for disable and healthily challenged (HIV/AIDS and Cancer) and environmental benefits. The pro
ject supports institutions that generate this objectives trough financial inclusion, education, health support programs, social integration, biodiversity, renewable energy and ecosystems projects, by providing to the eligible institutions services and products that are useful for their sustainability and accelerated growth. The MICROMZ services and products are mostly technological solutions that in partnership with members of the Da Silva Solutions business network are able to deliver at low cost and in certain cases at no cost at all. Currently the main products of the project are
1.The TEUPÚ – Tudo Em Um Pacote Único (AIASP – All In A Single Package), a management tool that includes portfolio management, accounting, human resources with payroll, procurement, sales and warehouse, the great benefit of the system is that it can be managed online and can integrate all communication and payment systems available in the market (internet, USSD, SMS, MMS, Mobile Banking…)
2. Prefabricated offices and houses with green technology, made with recycled material and with renewable energy (solar and wind)
3. The fish farming platform to support areas with serious food problems and with difficult access to agriculture. To support our goals and objectives we have separated our expansion plans in three projects;
1Grito is a project that aims to digitalize and audit the entire micro finance sector in Mozambique and in Africa. In this processes we aim to identify the most reliable micro finance institutions in the region with a transparent management and that has more impact in the rural and suburban development, woman and youth empowerment and inclusion for disable and healthily challenged (HIV/AIDS and Cancer). By doing this we will be giving the opportunity to investors and donors to better decide on where to apply their capital, more then that the system will allow them to monitor the applicability of the funds, the stages of the projects funded and the direct impact, as well as the accountability in an on line and secure platform. Trilho is a project whereby we intend to include the society in the benefits that mega projects are bringing to the African countries; we are sure that more can be done to the communities and avoid statistics of a great economic development to the country but with rural and suburban areas not benefiting from the gains. Is sad to realize that in a country that new discoveries emerge every year, not even 0.1% of the benefits are directly invested in the communities, is more alarming that the agreements to relocate affected people to new areas have failed in many cases and that the fulfilled processes have been with poor quality and without any basic standards. Micro Ponte is a project that will merge Trilho and 1Grito allowing the mega projects invest in NGOs, MFIs and Government projects that are accredited and have directly impact in the society, special in the financial inclusion, housing, health, woman and youth empowerment, social education and deal with issues like HIV/AIDS and cancer.
