Warthog Trading Enterprise cc was incorporated on the 23rd April 2010 and is also registered as SME with the Ministry of Trade and Industry. It is owned by two previously disadvantage persons, Patrick Ronnie van Wyk (55%) and Josia Kanghameni Shilyomunhu (45%). It has three full-time employees of which one is Patrick Ronnie van Wyk who is also responsible for sites management, and overall technica
l supervisions. Patrick Ronnie van Wyk has about 17 years of experience in welding and supervising construction projects. Josia Kanghameni Shilyomunhu has a Bachelor of Accounting and is responsible for administration works of the company as well as bookkeeping. We make use of casual labourers, who are always called in during contracts of high magnitudes and we also register them with Social Security Commission for the duration that they work for us. We are a member of Construction Industries Federation of Namibia (CIF). Our employees are paid the minimum wages as per collective agreement between the CIF and the Metal & Allied Namibian Workers Union (MANWU). We always strive to employ previously disadvantage people. We specialise in all types of welding works, be it mild steel or stainless steel, manufacturing/erection of steel-structured roofs, making of industrial trailers, construction/maintenance/renovations of oil suppliers infrastructures (i.e. fuel depots; fuel service stations),and building renovations/construction. We also supply any goods as our secondary business activities.
