We are seeking an experienced and qualified Human Resources Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's human resources operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives
• Manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring that the company attracts and retains top talent
• Oversee employee relations, including managing grievances, disputes, and disciplinary procedures
• Develop and manage employee performance management processes, including appraisals and goal setting
• Develop and deliver training and development programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of employees
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations, including health and safety legislation
• Manage the HR budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively
• Maintain accurate HR records and provide regular reports to senior management
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar HR role
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, practices, and procedures
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounts Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all vendor invoices are processed accurately and on time, reconciling vendor statements, and maintaining accurate records of all payments and transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Receive and verify invoices from vendors, ensuring that they are accurate and comply with company policies and procedures
• Process invoices in the accounting system and ensure that all payments are made on time
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies or issues that arise
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and payments, ensuring that they are properly documented and filed
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures, including preparing reports and reconciliations
• Communicate with vendors to resolve any issues or discrepancies and ensure that they receive timely and accurate payments
• Maintain positive relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders
• Prepare and issue accurate and timely invoices to customers
• Monitor customer accounts to ensure that payments are made on time and follow up on any overdue accounts
• Resolve any billing discrepancies or issues that arise
• Communicate with customers to address any payment-related issues and ensure that they receive accurate and timely invoices
• Prepare regular reports on the company's accounts receivable and provide recommendations for improving collections and cash flow
• Assist with other accounting and administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in accounting or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
