Sophos Architekton Group is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced, driven Building Site Agent to join our dynamic construction team!

If you are passionate about delivering high-quality projects, leading teams on site, and ensuring excellence from groundworks to final finishes — this opportunity is for you.

🔹 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Reporting to the Contracts Manager
• Managing and coordinating full site operations
• Working closely with HR/Safety, QS, Plant & Buying Departments
• Liaising with Clients, Professional Teams & Sub-Contractors
• Leading site teams to deliver projects safely, on time, and to the highest standard

🔹 Minimum Requirements:

✔ BSc or NHD in Building / Civil Engineering
✔ 5–10 years’ construction experience
✔ At least 3 years as a Site Engineer
✔ Strong knowledge of civil, wet works & finishing trades
✔ Proven subcontractor management experience
✔ Solid understanding of basic conditions of contract
✔ Excellent leadership, communication & interpersonal skills

Minimum Requirements:
✔️ Minimum 10 years’ experience in the construction industry
✔️ Proven experience as a Construction Foreman / Site Supervisor
✔️ Valid driver’s license
✔️ Strong knowledge of concrete, brickwork, and steel
✔️ Strong leadership and site management skills
✔️ High level of discipline, accountability, and reliability

This role requires someone who takes full ownership of site operations, values quality workmanship, and leads by example.
