📍 Walvis Bay, Namibia

Sophos Architekton Group is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced, driven Building Site Agent to join our dynamic construction team!

If you are passionate about delivering high-quality projects, leading teams on site, and ensuring excellence from groundworks to final finishes — this opportunity is for you.

🔹 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Reporting to the Contracts Manager
• Managing and coordinating full site operations
• Working closely with HR/Safety, QS, Plant & Buying Departments
• Liaising with Clients, Professional Teams & Sub-Contractors
• Leading site teams to deliver projects safely, on time, and to the highest standard

🔹 Minimum Requirements:

✔ BSc or NHD in Building / Civil Engineering
✔ 5–10 years’ construction experience
✔ At least 3 years as a Site Engineer
✔ Strong knowledge of civil, wet works & finishing trades
✔ Proven subcontractor management experience
✔ Solid understanding of basic conditions of contract
✔ Excellent leadership, communication & interpersonal skills
