This complex scope of work included:

🔧 Complete crankshaft replacement

🚨 Gearbox alarm & shutdown system testing

🛠️ Successful seatrail installation

✅ Final testing and commissioning

Keeping Namibia’s Maritime & Industrial Sectors Cool 🇳🇦

At Dynamic Marine Survey and Solutions (DMSS), we don’t just inspect equipment; we make sure it performs reliably when it matters most.

We recently completed a 5-day overhaul on our first HVAC cooling system, delivering a full strip, service, and recommissioning to ensure optimal performance under demanding operating conditions.

Scope of works included:

Full system inspection and sourcing of required materials

Compressor service (oil change to BSE 170 and complete vacuuming)

Condenser cleaning and header refitting

Replacement of H.P. valve gaskets and filter drier cores

Final charging with R-407 refrigerant and comprehensive function testing

Dynamic Marine Survey & Solutions successfully executed critical repairs on Ship Side Dry Dock that was struggling to lift to full capacity.

This demanding job required a multi-disciplinary approach, including:

Repairing key electrical actuators.

Troubleshooting and overhauling pneumatic valves and controls.

Comprehensive inspection and testing of all operational valves.

Replacing damaged cables on the tanks.
