Furthermore, when a client request services to be rendered at her/his resident or place of business, we [P&S Investments Team🇳🇦] will do the work to your satisfaction aslong as we[Client & Organisation] work hand_in_hand.
When you as a client and us as an Organisation[ whether small or big] have an agreement, Verbally or Written, it is expected to be held up from both ends.
Clients request quotations & costings for services to be rendered, not considering the time & resources spent on that [going out to clients resident for measurements] that the company allocates, then later use a relative or friend of a friend to do the labour or payment arrangements are set & not upheld.
Yes, its part of the game/process,
But we dont air it out on social media or social/business groups.
So,please choose the contractor/service provider you feel confortable working with.
In the end,its not a force situation.
And Laundry/Dry cleaning services, When I request for Laundry services, I expect washing & Ironing + folding.
When a item goes missing from my laundry busket, the business service provider have to look for the lost/missing item or otherwise re-imbursed it to the client.
