"Turning waste into worth" isn't just a catchy phrase, it's the core of our partnership with BEE Energy Efficient Namibia We're proud to be part of a solution that transforms used cooking oil from our lodges into clean energy and useful products like biodiesel and eco-friendly firelighters.

Since 2017, we've been working together to give a second life to what would otherwise be discarded. Our efforts are paying off - between November 2024 and September 2025 alone, we contributed 1,560 litres of used cooking oil, keeping it out of the ground and waterways and turning it into something truly meaningful for Namibia.

It’s an inspiring reminder that every small step, from our kitchens to our communities, can create a powerful ripple effect of positive change.
