ittances, lost income streams, and limited technological transfer. Limited technological transfer is tantamount to the creation of consumer economies, at a time when Africa must retain incomes to consolidate millennium development goals such as Vision 2030 and sustainable growth platforms. We envisage a time when incomes for developing economies would be retained, through cost-cutting production strategies and measures and, a favorable balance of trade.
