The Access Road to Bus Terminal at Mabushi District, Abuja, which was flagged off in September 2025, was inspected today, the 27th of March, 2026, by the Honorable Minister of the FCT, Barr. Nyesom Wike.

Present to receive the Minister at the inspection were the Managing Director, Engr. Ziad Mouannes, and the Senior Project Manager, Engr. Senaka Rupanetti. The Minister was elated with the progress of work made so far and commended the Contractor on a job well done.

The 4.8KM Oko-Amakom Road Phase 1 was formally commissioned on March 6, 2026, by the Governor of Delta State, Rt. Hon. (Chief) Sheriff F. O. Oborevwori, JP, in the presence of the Commissioner for Works, senior government officials, community representatives, and other distinguished stakeholders.

The Commissioner for Works, Hon. Reuben Rume Yakubu Izeze, commended Setraco for the quality and standard of work delivered. Similarly, the Governor, during his speech, expressed his satisfaction with the successful completion of the project during his remarks.

Representing Setraco on behalf of the Managing Director were the Project Managers, Engr. Ojo Usidamen, Engr. Nabil Chahine, and Senior Project Engineer, Engr. Maroun Nohra.

This road project further strengthens Setraco’s reputation as a reliable and reputable contractor, capable of delivering high-quality infrastructure projects under demanding conditions.

Hon. Abdullahi Yakasai, the Senior Special Assistant to the President on Community Engagements, North West Zone, represented the Honourable Minister of Works, Engr. David Umahi, during an official visit on the 20th of January, 2026, to inspect Section II: Sheme-Tsafe-Gusau Road. This section spans 86.10km and traverses both Katsina and Zamfara States. The Area manager, Engr. Mustafa Jaberyas was on hand to receive Hon. Yakasai and his team.

During the visit, Hon. Yakasai conveyed the Honourable Minister’s satisfaction with the quality of work executed and the level of progress achieved so far. This project highlights Setraco's dedication to meeting the highest engineering standards, which reflects our values to create durable infrastructure that not only enhances mobility but also positively impacts communities.

At Setraco, we continue to make strong progress on the 21km Nembe–Brass Road project in Bayelsa State. During an inspection on 15th January 2026, the Commissioner for Works ESV Moses Amassoma Teibowei acknowledged the pace and quality of work achieved so far.
Key milestones recorded include the completion of sand filling, sand–cement stabilization up to kilometer 15, and the successful asphalting of 6 kilometers of the road. The first bridge has been completed, with bridges 2, 3, and 4 nearing completion. Construction is currently ongoing on the fifth bridge, alongside five additional shorter bridges. Work is progressing efficiently toward completion.
This project reflects Setraco’s commitment to delivering durable infrastructure that connects riverine communities and supports economic growth.
