One very beautiful thing that actually stands us out is the fact that we takes care of all the preliminary expenses ranging from preparation of business plan, conduct of feasibility, generation of pro forma revenue figures etc. which results in a formal financing and/or investment package that can be submitted for financing. The expenses can range between $30k to $45k but we prefer to undertake the expenses so as to calm our clients since we are the one who knows and guarantees our financing source. But our clients have to show proof of ownership/control of the land for the development through various available options.
