I want to say something honestly.
Over the past year, many of you reached out to us about converting your generators to CNG.
Some of you are still running 100% on diesel.
Some of you converted.
Some of you tried and saw the challenges.
Let me be astutely transparent.
CNG saves money.
But the logistics is stressfully unreliable.
The cylinders are heavy and expensive.
Refilling is incrementally frustrating with endless cycle of queues, operation downtime, bribes, refilling restrictions, stalled business operations and that is not to add the complexity of moving the cylinders for each refill
After setup costs, heavy cylinder banks, skid fabrication, mobility truck, refilling stress, station queues, suspension of operations while refilling, the real commercial savings usually settle around 25โ30%.
And thatโs if everything runs smoothly.
Most stations wonโt refill loose cylinders.
Most require direct vehicle connection.
You wait hours suspending work.
We have seen it up close.
And if we are being honest,
it is not the kind of freedom we really want for business owners.
So instead of just pushing more conversions,
we went back to rethink the entire model.
Not the fuel. The entire model.
What if you didnโt have to chase fuel and stopped allowing CNG logistics from controlling your operations?
What if savings didnโt come with stress?
For the past many months, we have been quietly building something different.
Not another fuel switch.
Not another cylinder expansion.
A completely new operating structure.
We are calling it HVM.
```It is still in controlled rollout.
And we are only introducing it to people who already trusted us enough to reach out before.
If you are open, I would like to show you what we have been working on.
Let me know.
