Optimum Global Vision Limited, a reputable Agro-Allied company specializing in cocoa farming, sourcing, processing, transportation, and logistics services, hereby invites qualified and committed individuals to apply for the following vacant positions within our operational local government areas:

AVAILABLE POSITIONS, JOB DESCRIPTIONS & REQUIREMENTS

1. DRIVERS

Job Description:

Safely operate company vehicles for cocoa evacuation, deliveries, and field operations.

Ensure proper maintenance, servicing, and cleanliness of assigned vehicle.

Comply with road safety regulations and company transport policies.

Assist logistics team with loading and offloading when required.

Requirements:

SSCE / NCE / ND in any field.

Valid driver’s license & practical driving skills.

Knowledge of local routes within the listed LGAs.

Minimum 1-year working experience.

2. MARKERS (Cocoa Weighing & Grading Assistants)

Job Description:

Assist in weighing, grading, and recording cocoa beans during procurement.

Ensure accuracy of weight measurements and documentation.

Support field operations in collection centers.

Requirements:

SSCE / NCE / ND in any field.

Basic numerical and record-keeping skills.

Minimum 1-year working experience.

3. FARM MANAGER

Job Description:

Oversee day-to-day farm activities, including cultivation, maintenance, harvesting, and staff coordination.

Implement Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) and sustainability standards.

Monitor crop health, pest control, yield performance, and reporting.

Supervise farm workers and ensure productivity.

Requirements:

ND / HND / B.Sc in Agriculture or any related field (added advantage).

Strong management and field supervision skills.

Minimum 1-year working experience in farm management.

4. FARM MAPPING SUPERVISORS

Job Description:

Conduct GPS mapping of farms within cocoa-producing communities.

Collect farm data, coordinates, and field assessments for traceability.

Prepare daily reports and support sustainability certification processes.

Requirements:

SSCE / NCE / ND / HND in any field (training will be provided).

Basic smartphone/GPS handling skills.

Ability to walk long distances on field assignments.

Minimum 1-year work experience (field experience preferred).

5. DISPATCH RIDERS

Job Description:

Deliver documents, samples, letters, and light items across designated routes.

Support company operations through timely movement of information and materials.

Maintain the assigned motorcycle in good working condition.

Requirements:

SSCE / NCE / ND in any field.

Valid rider’s permit.

Familiarity with local terrain.

1-year minimum experience.

6. MANAGERS (Operations & Administrative)

Job Description:

Coordinate branch or operational activities, reporting, and performance management.

Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain operational excellence.

Support procurement, logistics, and client management operations.

Requirements:

ND / HND / B.Sc in any field.

Strong administrative and leadership skills.

Minimum 1-year working experience in a supervisory role.

7. FIELD MANAGERS

Job Description:

Lead field teams in cocoa buying, farmer engagement, and operational monitoring.

Ensure accurate reporting, quality control, and farmer relationship management.

Coordinate field logistics and procurement activities.

Requirements:

ND / HND / B.Sc in any discipline.

Good communication and field supervision skills.

Minimum 1-year working experience.

8. STOREKEEPER

Job Description:

Manage warehouse and storage operations for cocoa, supplies, and materials.

Keep accurate inventory records.

Oversee stock movement, quality maintenance, and safety standards.

Requirements:

SSCE / NCE / ND / HND in any field.

Strong organizational and record-keeping ability.

Minimum 1-year work experience.

9. HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER

Job Description:

Manage recruitment, staff onboarding, performance evaluation, and welfare.

Maintain employee records and ensure adherence to labor standards.

Support management in policy implementation and conflict resolution.

Requirements:

ND / HND / B.Sc in any discipline (HR training is an advantage).

Good communication and documentation skills.

Minimum 1-year HR or administrative experience.

10. SALES REPRESENTATIVES

Job Description:

Promote company services including cocoa sourcing, supply, and agro products.

Build lasting customer and farmer relationships.

Drive sales, follow up leads, negotiate, and close deals.

Prepare weekly sales reports.

Requirements:

SSCE / NCE / ND / HND / B.Sc in any field.

Strong communication and marketing skills.

Minimum 1-year sales or customer service experience.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL POSITIONS

Minimum 1-year working experience in any field.

Must be resident in any of the following Local Government Areas
Ikom, Etung, Boki, Obubra, Akamkpa, or Obudu LGA.

Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Teamwork, discipline, integrity, and commitment.

Willingness to work in field and rural environments (for field-related roles).
