To carry on business of sales, suppliers, distributors of laboratory equipments and other hospitals equipments, import and export services, general logistics and supplies, procurement, maintenance and servicing of equipments and general contracting. C.To engage in business of marketing petroleum services, oil and gas, sales of petroleum products, importation and exportion of petroleum products, marketing of crude oil, running of filling stations,lifting of all kinds of petroleum products from deport and drilling of borehole, haulage services, marine services and general contracts.
