Over the weekend, it wasn’t just another training. It was a room full of questions, practical lessons, and real safety conversations.

From Friday to Sunday, we had our Industrial Health, Safety & Environment (IHSE) Level 1 & 2 Training, taking participants through workplace hazards, risk assessment, accident prevention, emergency preparedness, fire prevention, and practical approaches to creating safer workplaces.

What made the sessions interesting was the interaction. Participants asked questions, shared experiences, analysed workplace scenarios, and challenged themselves to identify hazards that are often overlooked.

Then came Fire Watch Training on Monday, where we went deeper into fire prevention, the responsibilities of a Fire Watch, hot work hazards, the 35-foot rule, fire extinguishers, and the importance of staying alert before, during, and after hot work activities.

It was learning beyond the slides. It was about seeing a hazard and knowing what to do about it.

Another batch completed. Another group better prepared to make the right safety decisions.
