YOU CAN BUILD WITH SMALL INCOMES AND SMALL BUSINESS

Let me tell you the truth that nobody tells you:

*This man that build this house to this stage as you see here is NOT a rich man.*

He is a low income earner like you.
He is a hustler like you.
Salary small. Business small.

But he did one thing you have not done - *HE STARTED.*

Low income is not your problem.
*Waiting for big money is your problem.*

Listen:

If you wait to have 5 million, you will never build.
But if you start with 500k, you will build.

This is how he did it:

- January: He cleared his land - 50k
- February: He bought 1,000 blocks - small small
- March: Foundation - He stopped for 2 months, saved again
- Then comes back
- take block work up to window level - he stopped, saved again
- Then window level to lintel
- Then lintel to leveling.

*1 YEAR. Not 1 month. 1 YEAR of small small saving and building.*

So stop saying "I no get money."

Start with what you have:

1. Do you have land? If no, buy half plot. Start there.
2. Do you have 200 blocks? Mould them and keep.
3. Can you dig foundation this month? Do it takes the block to Dpc and cover it.

*Your low income is enough to start. It is not enough to finish at once - and you don't need to finish at once.*

A house built gradually in 2 years is still YOUR HOUSE.
The man who pays house rent for 2 years waiting for big money still has NO HOUSE.

Don't compare yourself to people doing full house in 3 months. They have different grace.

Your own is *GRADUAL GRACE.* And it works.

At DESSCO BUILDING & CONSTRUCTION, we understand low income.
We don't laugh at small budget.
We will build with you - small small, stage by stage, until you carry your key.

*Start now. In 1 year, you will be at parapet too and you will thank yourself.*

You fit do am. God dey with hustlers.

*Call us today or WhatsApp - 07044217406*
We go plan am with your budget

PEOPLE WERE ASKING WHY THE 3 COURSES ON TOP LINTEL now read and understand why

1. For height and beauty: The parapet na to high the roof. If you carry parapet directly from lintel level, the building go look too short. That 3 courses ~ 2 feet, na im go make the house stand well and give you better fascia height.

2. For roof protection: Parapet dey protect the roof from wind. For Port Harcourt here with heavy rain and wind, if you no get parapet with good height, wind go dey enter under your roofing sheet dey lift am.

3. For water control: When rain fall, parapet with that extra height go help channel water to one side where you want am to flow, e no go just pour anyhow for wall.

4. For ceiling space: That 3 courses go give you enough space inside for ceiling work. If you no add am, your ceiling go dey too low after you do roof.

Like in this picture below it’s well done work we have already get our columns and lintel, and we leave the rods on top for the parapet beam. That is standard for bungalow wey you want use parapet and hip roof or longspan.

Now know this no build parapet directly on top lintel because lintel no fit carry the load and beauty no go Dey wella . You need that 3 courses as wall plate level before you start parapet."

Normally, we are supposed to use 2 coaches on the lintel that is what other use , but we decided to use three instead of two

*1 YEAR AGO, IT WAS JUST BUSH AND FOUNDATION.*
*TODAY, PARAPET IS DONE! 🏠*

This is not a rich man's house.
This is a man who decided to start, even though money was not complete.

He started this bungalow 1 year ago.
No loan. No pressure. Small small, block by block.

Today? Parapet don finish. The house is standing tall and proud.

Many of you are waiting to have 10 million, 20 million before you start.
You will wait forever.

This owner started with what he had.
- Foundation one month
- Block work next
- Lintel later
- Now Parapet!

Gradual building is not slow building. It is WISE building.

If you have land, START.
Even if it's just to clear the land and mould 2,000 blocks.
Even if it's just foundation.
START.

In 1 year, you will not believe how far you have gone.

BEESCO is here to build with you gradually - from foundation to roofing, we go step by step with your budget.

*Don't wait for big money. Use small money to start big dream.*

Your house is possible. Just start like this man did.

📍 Site progress: Parapet stage
📍 Duration: 1 Year (Gradual)
📍 Status: Strong, neat and moving!

Who else is ready to start his own?

@ lMO STATE
THE COST OF BUILDING IN NIGERIA

You can have enough money to start building your house and still not have enough money to finish it. Let me explain why.

The mistak3 is assuming that the money you have is enough without knowing the actual cost of the project

Before you lay the first block, you need to account for professional fees, drawings, approvals, site preparation and other preliminary expenses.

Then comes the construction itself: materials, labour, transportation, equipment and finishing.

And in Nigeria, material prices can change while your building is still under construction. You may also encounter unexpected site conditions that require additional spending.

If you budget only for the obvious costs, you could run out of money halfway. that is why it’s good to handle Over your project to a professional engineer.

So, what should you do before you start?

Get your design completed and engage a Quantity Surveyor to prepare a Bill of Quantities (BOQ). This will help you estimate the cost of the work, plan your spending and identify expenses you might otherwise overlook.

Set aside a contingency for unexpected costs, and be realistic about how you intend to finance the project.

If you cannot fund everything at once, plan your construction phases before work begins.

Don't just ask yourself, "How much money do I have to start building?" Ask, "What will it take to complete this building?"

That is how you make better financial decisions and protect your investment.

A man of 35 years use 2m buy iPhone 18 Pro max for his girlfriend for her birthday party but he has not buy himself half plot of land or start foundation somewhere else.

My advice for that man, especially as a every Nigerian man, is this:

1. Love is good, but wisdom must lead love
Buying iPhone 18 Pro Max - which hasn't even officially launched, so that one in the video is probably costing 2M+ naira - to impress is love. Building your own house, buying land, having savings and investments, is wisdom.

A phone will depreciate in 1 year. iPhone 19 will come and that 18 Pro Max will be "old model." Land and house will appreciate. Your girlfriend can leave tomorrow, but your house will not leave you.
If you don't have a roof over your own head, you are renting happiness for someone else while you are homeless financially.

2. Don't compare two different price tags, compare the mindset
Yes, building a house is maybe 20M, 40M, 100M - you cannot compare it directly with one iPhone. So nobody is saying he should have built a house with iPhone money.

The question is: Does he have any plan for his own house? Does he have land? Does he have savings? Does he have a business? Or is all his money going into girlfriend packaging?

If he has no land, no savings, no investment, but he can drop 2.5M on a phone for babe, the mindset is wrong. He is doing impress, not progress.

3. If you want to gift, gift with sense
If you must gift big:
• Gift within your capacity. If you earn 500k a month, or in other ways round you should not be buying 2M phone when your rent is still unpaid.

• Gift what builds both of you. If she needs a phone for business, okay. But you can get a very good iPhone 15 or 16 Pro Max for less than half the price and use the balance to start your land payment.

• Talk about future. A mature girlfriend will even tell you "baby, don't buy me 18 Pro Max, buy 15 and use the rest to add to your land." If she only claps when you go broke for her, that's a red flag.

The honest advice I would give him face to face:
"My guy, you try. You love your babe. Now love yourself more. Before you buy the next expensive gift, ask yourself: If this girl leaves me tomorrow, what will I have left?
The answer should not be debt and rented apartment. Make sure you are building your foundation while you are making her happy. A real woman wants a man with a future, not just a man with a gift."

If he already has his life together - job is stable, he has land, he is building small small - then no problem, let him spoil his babe. But if he has nothing for himself, that iPhone is not love, it's financial mumu button.
What do you think - is the guy actually capable and just showing love, or is he trying to impress at his own expense?

HOW TO BUILD IT WITH SALARY - 5 PHASES:

Phase 1: Foundation to DPC (Most Important)
Don't rush. Do strong foundation. Buy cement when price drops (Dec-Jan). Use 5-6-inch blocks for rooms, Cast your oversite concrete. This phase you can do with 1.5m - 2m if you manage well in PH/Warri area.

Phase 2: Blockwork to Lintel
Raise to lintel level and stop. Don't borrow money to roof. Buy blocks in batches - 1000 blocks at a time. Your Veranda pillars - make sure they use 4 rods, not 2.

Phase 3: Roofing - Don't Do Mistake Like That Other House closes to your land.
For this size, if you do hidden roof parapet, you will spend extra 800k on extra blocks and concrete gutter. As civil servant, do normal 4-sided hipped roof with 0.45mm aluminum. It's cheaper, no leakage. You can still make front flat design with small parapet only in front for beauty.

Phase 4: Plastering, Electrical & Plumbing Piping
Do all piping before plastering. Don't wait. Put 2 water lines - one for borehole, one for future.

Phase 5: Finishing Small
Don't tile whole house at once. Start with Master Bedroom, Kitchen, Sitting Room. You can be living there while you finish Bedroom 2. That's how civil servants finish house without loan.

Avoid change of plan mid-way. This plan is okay. Don't add extra room later, it will scatter your foundation.

3. Start borehole/soakaway early. Many build house finish and can't dig soakaway because compound don full.

If you are Level 8-12 earning, you can finish this house in 18-24 months without pressure if you follow phases.

How much have you saved already and where is your land? Tell me your land size and your monthly budget you can put aside, when did you want to start
