INVITATION TO TENDER
Applications are invited from interested and qualified contractors to tender for Phase 2 of the Building works within HELIU Residences at New Independence Layout, Enugu.
Qualifications
Tenderers are required to: -
1. Register, or have been registered as contractors with HELIU Residences in Group B3 (Building Works). or C3 Civil Works.
2. Pay a non-refundable tender fee of ₦10,000.00 in bank draft in favor of HELIU Residences Contracts.
3. Submit their company profile with evidence of verifiable similar work successfully executed in the past.
Scope of work
1. The Scope Consist of Construction of a single storey 4 –bedroom duplex.
2. ALL MATERIALS equipped and labor to be provided by the contractor
Method of application
1. Tender documents are obtainable from the Secretary/Legal Adviser FIT Consult, HY 296/297 HELIU Business District, New Independence Layout, Enugu, on payment of prescribed fees between hours of 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday each day from Thursday 18th December till Friday 30th December 2019.
2. Returned tenders shall be submitted to the office of the Secretary/Legal Adviser in sealed envelopes marked ‘’Tenders for Pitched Roof Duplexes
Opening of Tenders
1. All Tenderers shall be informed of Date and Time of opening of Tenders, and interested applicants will be free to watch the opening.
2. Advertiser is not bound to accept the lowest or any tender.
