OUR PROJECT HUMAN RESOURCES ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

It has become necessary to know that each of the groups involved in our management of project human resources, or project people resources are usually assigned with various notable responsibilities. In example, our PROJECT SPONSORS or PROJECT OWNERS are responsible for guiding their projects against external forces; making financial resources available through any of their own or recommended sources; giving approval for the project charter and project management plan; prioritising between projects; endorsing the acceptance or rejection of changes; indentifying, and publishing the project managers, and defining the level of authority conferred on the project managers; taking fully in-charge for the approval of project success criteria (PSC); and giving the final acceptance for project products, services, outputs, assets, facilities, infrastructures, or project deliverables at the end of each phase of the project lifecycle, and upon the closing phase for the completion of projects.
