The Bible teaches us the value of life and the futility of worldly gains when it costs one's soul. Matthew 16:26, Mark 8:36, and Luke 9:25 remind us that no earthly achievement or freedom is worth the loss of our humanity or spiritual integrity.

Killing one's own brothers and sisters in the name of freedom is not freedom at all—it is bo***ge to hatred and destruction. Such actions not only harm our communities but also harden the hearts of those we seek to engage with, pushing dialogue and resolution further away. Violence against our own only serves to divide and weaken us, rather than drawing the attention or empathy of those in power.

There are non-violent ways to seek justice and self-determination, such as peaceful protests, dialogue, and advocacy. By coming together with unity, respect, and love, we can demand change without shedding the blood of our own people. True freedom is rooted in peace, understanding, and the preservation of life.

Watch and see how 3 women went to a store on Saturday to buy clothes and ended up stealing goods worth N2,100,000 from the store. It is so heartbreaking that no one deserves this in this present economy. The store owner is pleading with Nigerians to help with information on how to apprehend these women. We have put a bounty on their heads. The owner promises to give the sum of N250,000 to anyone with valid information about the women. You can reach them through the number on the screen. A group of women were in a Bible Study on the book of Malachi. As they were studying chapter three, they came across verse three, which says: "He will sit as a refiner and purifier of silver." This verse puzzled the women and they wondered what this statement meant about the character and nature of God.

One of the women offered to find out the process of refining silver and get back to the group at their next Bible Study. That week, this woman called up a silversmith and made an appointment to watch him at work. She didn't mention anything about the reason for her interest beyond her curiosity about the process of refining silver.

As she watched the silversmith, he held a piece of silver over the fire and let it heat up. He explained that in refining silver, one needed to hold the silver in the middle of the fire where the flames were hottest as to burn away all the impurities. The woman thought about God holding us in such a hot spot then she thought again about the verse, that "He sits as a refiner and purifier of silver." She asked the silversmith if it was true that he had to sit there in front of the fire the whole time the silver was being refined. The man answered saying, he not only had to sit there holding the silver, but he had to keep his eyes on the silver the entire time it was in the fire. If the silver was left a moment too long in the flames, it would be destroyed.

The woman was silent for a moment. Then she asked the silversmith, "How do you know when the silver is fully refined?" He smiled at her and answered, "Oh, that's easy - when I see my image in it."
If today you are feeling the heat of the fire, remember that God has His eye on you and will keep watching you until He sees His image in you.

There are days when we feel like the Good Samaritan,we want to do good no matter what.

There are days when we feel strong like *Joshua* and Caleb,ready for war.

There are days when we feel like Jeremiah,the anguish of our heart is too great.

There are days when we feel like *Daniel*; our strength is in prayer and no one can stop us.

There are days when we feel like,Elijah we prefer to hide in the cave.

There are days when we feel like David and Miriam just love singing and dancing.

There are days when we feel like.Hannah,we don't really want to eat, we just want to cry.

There are days when we have faith like Abraham to win it all, jump over walls and overcome armies.

There are days when we look at the hills and wonder, *"Where will my help come from"?*

It does not mean that we are strong or weak. It means that we are just human and have limits*

Everybody goes through a lot these days but remember, "Whatever your day is like,the Almighty God is with you TODAY, TOMORROW, and FOREVER.
