Criminals on Sunday morning hacked Cross River State Governor Bassey Otuโ€™s phone number and have been dishing out orders.

Statement from the governorโ€™s chief press secretary, Emmanuel Ogbeche, said the criminals have sent out unsolicited messages allegedly from Governor Bassey Otu seeking financial assistance.

The statement has advised the public to discountenance โ€œThe public is pleased advised to disregard any such messages purportedly from the Governor.

โ€œOne of the Governorโ€™s mobile numbers was breached by hi-tech criminals in the early hours of Sunday, February 11, 2024.

โ€œThe hackers have gone on to utilise the breached number to advance their nefarious activities to try to scam unsuspecting individuals. Please, do not fall to such devious attempt.โ€The statement, however, revealed that the hacked number has been secured, and that relevant security agencies are working to apprehend those behind the obnoxious act.

8. The wal is a good player and can be in your team side at any time ๐Ÿ˜.
9. An extra player is allowed if the teams are not equal ๐Ÿ˜‚
