Successful Overhauling of Bitzer CSH9553-180Y Compressor

We recently completed the full overhauling of a Bitzer CSH9553-180Y semi-hermetic screw compressor, restoring it to peak performance and extending its operational life. This critical maintenance work involved:
• Full disassembly and inspection
• Replacement of worn components (bearings, new built-in motor, discharge fl**ge, new pressure control valve, terminal plate, bering cover, piston rod, gaskets, seals, etc.)
• Precision cleaning and alignment
• Painting

12 months warranty period


The compressor is now back in service, operating efficiently and reliably—ready to meet the demanding cooling requirements it was designed for.
