I came across a job post on Upwork from a solo consultant who was manually following up with every single lead. I built the entire automation myself to show exactly how I would solve it 💪
Here's what the automation does:
1️⃣ A potential client fills a Typeform enquiry form
2️⃣ Their details are instantly saved in Airtable
3️⃣ They receive a personalised acknowledgement email via Gmail
4️⃣ The consultant gets notified on Slack with the lead's full details
5️⃣ If no response is logged after 48 hours, a follow-up email is automatically sent to the lead
All of this happens without the consultant lifting a finger! 🙌
