Today is World Day for Safety and Health at Work.
This year’s theme is particularly interesting: “Ensuring a Healthy Psychosocial Working Environment.”
When we hear the word “safety”, especially in an equipment-heavy field like ours, our minds naturally go to hard hats, fire exits, and physical hazards.
But this year, the International Labour Organization (ILO) takes us deeper, to the kind of safety we often overlook: psychosocial safety.
The mental and emotional conditions that shape how people show up to work every day.
Do you still need convincing on how critical this is?
Now, picture a fully kitted engineer: boots, hard hat, reflectors, harness, gloves, glasses.
He is ready to install panels on a rooftop with every physical safeguard in place.
But inside, he feels unsupported. Unheard. Disconnected.
His mind drifts, he loses focus for just a moment and that moment is all it takes.
Safety isn’t just what you wear. It’s how you feel.
The (ILO) reminds us to ask the harder questions:
📌Do our people feel heard?
📌Supported?
📌Or are they carrying pressure in silence?
📌Is our work environment mentally healthy or quietly toxic?
At Limited, we believe the energy we invest in our people matters just as much as the energy we deliver to our clients.

📌 To every member of our team — thank you for showing up, speaking up, and looking out for one another.
📌 And to our management — thank you for making this workplace a safe space, in every sense of the word.

And that’s the culture we’re building. One day at a time.
