TTO AGO TRANSACTION PROCEDURE

1. Buyer and Seller sign and seal the Sales and Purchase Agreement including full Banking co-ordinates. Buyer returns SPA with comprehensive ATB format, NNPC Accredited supercargo and inspector details and phone numbers.

2. Buyer's Bank issues #200,000,000 ( two hundred million NAIRA) bank ENDORSED cheque stating 30days validation period only attach with Bank confirmation letter.Please Note that, the instrument must be confirmed from receiver bank head quarter and Bank copies seller emails

3. Seller confirms the instrument and issues MATB and Clearance and take buyer's supercargo and inspector on board.

4. Upon successful boarding and confirmation of product, captain issues Attestation duly signed by Buyer’s supercargo. Then inspector comes down with sample, while supercargo remains onboard.

5. Upon successful QnQ test results sent to both parties, buyer pays N100,000,000 (One hundred million naira only) to seller as boarding logistics and documentation.

6. Buyer is introduced to the vessel handler, and Buyer Re Charter and TAKES OVER the pregnant vessel.

7. Buyer make payments for the entire product and facilitator account, Less logistics paid.

8. The signatures on this contract by the BUYER and by SELLER means both accept all the content as for Quantity, Discount and Procedures.

6) BUYER PAYS FOR HALF OF THE CARGO AND RAISES AN INSTRUMENT FOR THE REMAINING HALF

7) BUYER CLEARS VESSEL INTO THE DISCHARGE JETTY

8) QNQ CONDUCTED AND REMAINING CARGO PAYMENT MADE TO SELLER AND OTHER COMMISSION EARNERS.
