TWO POOR PEOPLE CAN NOT HELP THEMSELVES.

BUT REMEMBER I DON'T DO IT FOR SENTIMENT. I DO IT BY DIVINE DIRECTION, CANT BE CAJOLE OR FORCE TOO.

One of the Top leaders in Nigeria recently said to me, Engr Tayo, you are doing so much, even more than those who names are mentions in Nigeria, why are you hiding behind the camera.

I prefer building leaders than lead. But many have burnt my finger. But it's not an excuse to stop.

Nothing excite me more when different students we sponsor Through ENGR TAYO OYEROKUN FOUNDATION to school from primary to university and even sponsor some to travel abroad from their master excelled and make us their mentors.

2 students my wife and I support for Master had Distinction in Data Science.

We are not super rich, but we understand our purpose. We send over 30 children to school in Nigeria yearly, guess what I don't even know the names of 90% of those student. Don't do good to bribe God, do it without expecting anything in return, and watch him sort you out.

This year alone, I relocated 4 of my staffs who have served me for 3 to 7 years loyally and 2 family children of our family friends to the UK on Work Permit, more to come by God's grace even though one of them had already started making me regret my decision.

We had to assist at 6 other members who were not family members abroad when they were stuck.

Over 30 Nigerians were employed by our family company to the UK this year. With average of 3 per family. So I handle over 90 applications and helped 90 people begin a new life abroad. But I warned them all.

"A lizard in Nigeria and not become a crocodile Abroad".

I am not telling you to show off, but if you think working hard or becoming successful is all about you. Remember there is so much created you for more. Not just to fill space and Time on earth

MUST READ AND PLEASE SHARE

I have 4 set of different grandparent abroad and I did my research on them and I found out those who took advantage of their dual nationality are doing better. Even British and American do, when the ovation is low the relocate to Spain, Ireland , Portugal Australia and more to enjoy their retirement.

Imagine how already own a 2 4 bedroom house in a highly secure estate in Lekki Nigeria with one generate 8M per years and the other is free for you to live,.

In the UK you get a pension of 1k usually its between 300 to 800 monthly and you rent out part or all of your house in the Uk and all your children are gone.

When it's winter time in the UK and you decided to go to Nigeria before coming back in summer. Can you finish spending 1million to 2million in Nigeria monthly.

Summer, you are back, visit your grandchildren for few weeks different states and countries. It's help your body and brain to become active, enjoy old age and retirement.

Because of your little pension, struggle to eat what you want Or stay in the UK in winter, bored and tired. Rush from one care home to another until begin to POO on your side.

When my grandma travelled Lekki Phase 1 was 20k naira per plot. 100 by 120

When I mother travelled, it was 20millom per plot. 100 by 120m.

When she came back 4 years ago to try leave close to her friends. It was 200million

Now the cheapest is 400m.

When my grandma and Mother got there pension a while ago. The lump sum was less than 50k pounds. Lets use 2days exchange rate it's about 50M..

1. Imagine my grandma during are early bubbling days at bought 2 plots in Lekki Phase 1. At 40k naira. (Exchange rate 1990: £1= 10Naira.) All you need 4k pounds.
That's 800 Million today in Nigeria (Exchange rate 2023: £1= 1000Naira.). Today she worth
£800,000. Compared to her 50k Pounds in Retirement.
But Her UK Pension in NIgeria today 50M
