TRANSACTION PROCEDURE
1. Buyer signs contract and returns with vessel details and ATB format
2. Seller opens communication and seller's vessel and buyer’s vessel longside and tie up.
3. Seller pumps 100% of buyers request of blco into buyer’s vessel, released Attestation signed by seller’s captain and Buyer’s Captain .
5. After confirmation of the Attestation, buyer PAY for total cargo immediately via MT103 wire transfer
Seller confirms buyers payment and immediately instruct his bank to pay all facilitators agent
After all facilitators agent are being paid.
9. Seller pay for naval es**rt that will es**rt buyers vessel off Nigerian Waters.
