“How Police “Tiger Base” K!lled a Young Trader in C0ld blo0d .
On 20th of April 2025, It was a normal day for 32 year old Japheth Njoku, a trader at Alaba International Market Owerri until he was arrested by the men of Police Anti Kidnapping Unit Tiger base .
A fellow trader, Oluchi Obiagwu had accused Mr Japhet of stealing his 15 million naira, and then he ( Oluchi ) involved the Policemen .
Oluchi an igbo man and fellow trader is aware of the genoc!dal and sad!stic tendencies of the men of from that police unit and yet he involved them !
Let that sink in please
An accusation that Mr Japhet vehemently denied .
Instead of doing proper investigation and charging the culprit to court , Inspector Barnabas and his men from Tiger base detained Mr Japhet and subjected him to sever t0rture while demanding 4 million Naira from him and his family.
He died in the process !
According to reports, After his demise, the police continued to tell his family members that he is alive and accepting food meant for him.
His body was later taken to the University Teaching Hospital morgue in secret by the police.
On June, a court ordered an autopsy but as at November, the process is still being stalled .
The family of Mr Japhet Njoku is demanding for Justice!…”
