Famfa oil ltd is an indigenous oil and gas exploration and production company that has a 60% participating interest in block OML 127 along with its partners Chevron 32% and Petrobras 8%. Agbami is a unitized field that straddles onto block OML 128, in which Famfa oil is developing with their other partners NNPC and Statoil. Famfa Oil ltd is currently one of the largest indigenous Nigerian owned ex

porters of crude oil in Nigeria. Famfa Oil is committed to developing one of the deepest and largest offshsore discoveries in the gulf. The Agbami field has been operating since 2008 and will be operating through till 2024 when the majority of its vast reserves would have been extracted.

We, Famfa Oil Limited and the Donors, Mr. Modupe Folarin Alakija and Apostle Dr. Folorunso Alakija, are delighted to announce the official commissioning of the Modupe and Folorunso Alakija Medical Research and Training Hospital (MOFAMRTH) at Osun State University.

The ceremony, officiated by Professor Yemi Osinbajo, SAN, GCON, underscored the strategic importance of this 250-bed facility in tackling Nigeria's healthcare challenges head-on.

Our Mission: To End Medical Tourism

The decision by thousands of Nigerians to travel abroad for medical care comes down to access to specialized equipment and expertise. MOFAMRTH directly addresses this by providing:

This project embodies our conviction that sustained social impact necessitates investment in robust institutions for healthcare and education.

We thank Professor Wale Oladipo, Pro-Chancellor and Chairman of the Governing Council, Professor Odunayo Clement Adebooye, Vice-Chancellor, the Governing Council, and the Principal Officers of UNIOSUN for their partnership in bringing this facility to the public.
